To book your general admission for the 2025 European Bluegrass Summit, please complete the below google form (please accept google cookies to activate form). We set the participation fee at the lowest possible amount. The fee will just cover the catering during the weekend (refreshment breaks and one lunch), conveniently served at the hotel. The price for one summit general admission therefore is EUR 75.

The concert tickets for summit participants are reserved for the Saturday evening show at a category that would normally cost EUR 58 each. These tickets are offered by Čapek Instruments at a special price and are only EUR 50 for summit participants (and their respective accompanying person).

After booking the package, you will get a special link to book a hotel room at the OREA Pyramida Hotel, Prague, at a reduced rate.

Summit packages

You can order one or more of the three options below.

• single summit general admission package: 75 EUR
• summit general admission plus 1 concert ticket (reduced rate): 125 EUR (sold as a package only)
• summit general admission plus 2 concert tickets (reduced rate): 175 EUR (for participants with one accompanying partner only)

NOTE: concert tickets at the reduced rate are only available together with a summit general admission, through EBMA, please go to the website of Čapek Instruments for regular tickets.
