The 2025 AGM took place on March 1st, 2025, 2:00 PM, at the OREA Pyramida Hotel, Prague, Czech Republic.

The 2026 AGM will again be held in a hybrid format, allowing members to participate either in person or online. A Zoom link will be provided for those joining virtually.

The invitation will be sent out in early 2026, per E-Mail, to all members in good standing registered at that time.
