Bluegrass festival in Bulgaria 2010?

Lilly Drumeva reports that the cultural section of the US embassy in Sofia is interested in organising a bluegrass festival in Bulgaria. Lilly adds:

I will have a meeting with the cultural attache very soon. If you know of any US bands touring in Europe in 2010, please provide me with details. I will forward the information to the embassy.
