Special Consensus tour on the Bluegrass Blog
Perhaps you can't attend any of the shows in the current tour (14 Jan.-3 Feb. 2009) of Ireland and Britain by the Special Consensus (USA)?
You can still learn how it looks from the band's point of view by reading a blog by Ashby Frank, the Special C. mandolinist and lead singer, which is being published as a serial on the original Bluegrass Blog.
Three chapters, including photos and videos, have appeared so far: 'Into the South', 'County Clare', and 'From Galway to Listowel'. The tour still has two weeks to run.
